The expression levels of mir-bart1-5p (a), mir-bart5 (b), mir-bart6-5p (c), and mir-bart17-5p (d) in nasopharyngeal tissue samples from nasopharyngitis and NPC patients as well as the expression levels of mir-bart1-5p (e), mir-bart5 (f), mir-bart6-5p (g), and mir-bart17-5p (h) in nasopharyngeal brushing samples from healthy controls and NPC patients were measured by qPCR.
