Overexpression of TRIM3 suppressed the growth and metastasis of HepG2 and Bel-7402 cells in vivo. HepG2 or Bel-7402 cells infected with LV-NC and LV-TRIM3 were injected into nude mice. Tumor volumes were measured every 3 days.
