On each filter, five microscopic fields (at 200× magnification) were observed, and cells were counted. c Migratory abilities of DU145 and DU145-TxR cells were determined using wound healing assay. Wounded monolayers of DU145 and DU145-TxR cells were photographed 0, 12, and 24 h after the mechanical scratch, and the widths of the wounds were measured in 3-independent wound sites per group.
