ASB3 inhibits the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of CRC cells. After THC8307 and SW620 cells were transiently transfected with siRNAs to knockdown ASB3 expression for 48 h, EMT markers were detected with Western blotting (a) and immunofluorescence assays (b), whereas EMT markers were detected with Western blotting (c) and immunofluorescence assays (d) in HCT116 or DLD-1 cells stably transfected with ASB3 cDNA or its mutants
