The coronal a and axil b CT images in the arterial phase show a tumor (5.8 cm × 7.6 cm) occupying liver segments VI–VII (yellow arrows) with multifocal lesions. The inferior portion of the tumor protrudes through the liver contour adjacent to the ipsilateral renal fascia (yellow arrowhead). Splenomegaly can be seen as well (red arrow)
